The Democratic Party of the San Fernando Valley (DP/SFV) is the coordinating body for a coalition of twenty-seven Democratic Clubs. They are located in the six Assembly Districts (38, 39, 43, 45, 46, and 50) which are wholly or partially in the San Fernando Valley.

Purpose:
The UDH is a coalition of several Democratic clubs in and around the Pasadena area. We are one of the largest and most active Democratic campaign headquarters in the state of California Democratic grassroots organizing can accomplish. These clubs include: Cañada Crescenta Democratic Club, Democrats of Pasadena Foothills, Northeast Democratic Club of Los Angeles, South Pasadena Democratic Club, Foothill Community Democrats, The Democratic Club of Claremont and the Glendale Democratic Club.
